Question:

Looking to see if this will work with my 14K Sliding Reese hitch. Do I need any additional hardware? I already have the rails. Thanks! Please see attached photos.

I do have the custom brackets you need, however the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50066 referenced in your question will not work on your truck. This kit is designed for certain models of the Chevy Silverado starting in 2011 and are not compatible with the frame on your 2008 Silverado 2500.

If you have the Reese Base Rails # RP58058, then the correct Quick-Install Bracket Kit is part # RP50064. This kit includes the hardware needed to attach the brackets to the frame of your truck, but you will also need the Hardware Kit # RP58430 to install the base rails.
