I am building a macerator pump out for our black and grey water. Can I use this for the garden hose discharge to dump station?

Yes, the Camco RV Gray-Water Drain Adapter part # CAM39322 will work with your macerator pump system so long as the discharge tank has a standard garden hose fitting and the inlet on the dump station is between 3" - 4" diameter.
