Question:

I have a Class C Winnebago Navion that was fitted by etrailer with a roadmaster tow system to tow four down. I was thinking the clamp on bike rack would work but the back of the motorhome doesnt really have anywhere to attach the straps that are supposed to go out to the sides like to a tailgate on a pickup Adapter? Suggestions?

I have a perfect solution for you.

In order to tow a vehicle behind your RV while also transporting your bikes with a bike rack, I recommend taking a look at a dual hitch receiver like the Roadmaster # RM-077-4. This adapter is designed specifically for this purpose, as the bottom receiver is for use with a tow bar and the top receiver is perfect for hitch-mounted accessories like a bike rack.

This particular model features a 4 inch rise or drop. We also have the Roadmaster # RM-077-2 which will provide a 2-1/4 inch rise/drop.

If you are still looking for a bike rack, I recommend the Thule Hitch Post Pro # TH934XTR. This hanging-style rack is rated for use behind an RV and can handle 4 bikes of up to 35 pounds each.
