How would you jack up the rear of the 2018 Civic Hatch, as this hitch covers the rear jacking point.

You can use any point along the frame of your 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback. To install the hitch, I recommend using a hydraulic jack and stands like # PTW1605 just in front of the rear tires along the frame and putting the jack stands back as far as you can without impeding the location of the installation.
