Question:
Can I get a few dimensions on the flange holes? I have attached an image. I should be able to extrapolate from these dimensions. thanks

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Fulton Replacement Bolt-On Mounting Kit # F500349 referenced in your question. I measured a distance between the two outside bolt holes, horizontally, of right at 5-1/2 inches. Vertically the distance between two bolt holes is 1 inch and the distance between the top and bottom holes is just under 4-1/2 inches (4-7/16 inches to be exact).
I have attached an image with these dimensions labeled that you can also check out.
