Question:
How can I confirm parts AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and 23-468-469 will fit my trailer? I have a car hauler trailer with two axles and electric brakes. The drum had the number 94000 stamped on it, which led me to these parts. Thanks.

The two part numbers you mentioned fit quite a few trailer axles out there but the key will be to verify that the trailer has 3,500 lb axles. If you can verify that your axles are 3,500 lb capacity then the hub/drums part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and Dexter self-adjusting brake assemblies # 23-468-469 will be exactly what you will need. One pretty easy way to do this is to measure the diameter of the brake assemblies on your trailer currently. If they are 10 inch then that's a pretty solid indicator that you have 3,500 lb axles. Another way is sometimes this is listed on a tag on the axle itself or on the VIN tag up near the coupler of the trailer.
You can also measure the diameter of the axle to get an idea as well. If they are 2-3/8 inch that's the standard size for 3,500 lb axles.
