I have a sear x-cargo x-treme key # N160 or N760 is this key available

We do have the Replacement Key # THKEYN160 for your Sears X-Cargo box if it has the N160 cylinder. I don't think the N series cylinders go up to N760 so the N160 should be what you need.
It sounds like your cylinder is scratched or worn out which is making it difficult to read the number. If you get the N160 key and it doesn't fit then I recommend just getting a N160 lock core # THLOCKN160 and using the Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to swap out your current cylinder with one that you know what the number is for sure.
