Would this bike rack for a rear mounted Spare Tire on a travel trailer?

Expert Reply:
The Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier part # HRSR1 will work on tires up to 15" wide. If you can tell me what size spare tire you have on your travel trailer then I would be glad to let you know if it falls within this range although it should because most spare tires for a trailer will not be near this wide. However, this bike rack is not intended for use on spare tires mounted on trailers so I cannot recommend you use this.
Instead, you will want to take a look at the attached link which displays all of the bike racks we offer that are rated for use on the back of a travel trailer. We have bike racks that attach to the rear bumper like the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack part # S64663, bike racks that attach to a ladder like the Stromberg Carlson RV and Motorhome 2 Bike Carrier part # LA-102, and bike racks that attach to a trailer hitch like the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack part # S63381.
The option that will give you the best selection of bike racks would be one that attaches to a trailer hitch. If you do not have a trailer hitch on the back of your travel trailer then you can add one using the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703.
