Dirt Bike Carrier That Fits Despite Spare Tire On Jeep Wrangler

Question:
Does a standard dirt bike hitch carrier, such as the Ultra-fab extend out far enough for a dirt bike to fit on it despite the spare tire mounted on the back of our 2015 Jeep Wrangler?

Expert Reply:
On the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier, # UF48-979033 there 15-1/2" clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of carrier (see attachment). As a result there is likely plenty of clearance to accommodate the Ultra-Fab and a regular sized spare tire on the back of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler however you will need to verify the measurement.
How much clearance were you looking to have? The clearance will vary based on the size of the spare tire. If you need more than 15-1/2" let me know.
