I do have an option for you, but they do not make a 2" trailer hitch receiver for your 2009 Ford Fusion to my knowledge. Instead, you will want to choose from the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11329 which has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening.
In order to get a 2" receiver tube opening on your Fusion you will need to use an adapter like part # HTAD but please keep in mind that this will reduce the hitch capacity by 50%. If you can tell me what you need a 2" trailer hitch for, I would be able to see if we have any other options for you.
There is an install video of the hitch which I have attached for you.
