Is AKEBRK-2R and AKEBRK-2L the same as 23-47-48 the left and right brake kit and will they work with the 8 x 7 rim?

Trailer brake set # 23-47-48 is the Dexter brand and # AKEBRK-2R and # AKEBRK-2L are the etrailer house brand made by Axletek. So they all fit the same applications they are just made by different companies.
The hub and drum assemblies associated with 7 x 1-1/4 inch brakes like these do generally fit 8 inch trailer wheels.
