Replacement Tailgate Hinge for Extang Trifecta Tonneau Cover

Question:
So, my cover has a break where the support rod mounts to the hinge. Seems there was a male fitting on the hinge that fit the female end of the rod that spanned the truck bed. Rod is now floating free on passenger side rear hinge. I dont see any images of a rod fitting to the hinge. Will this hinge come ready to attach rod? Also, does hinge fit either side of bed or do I need to order a passenger side one? 2013 F150, 6.5foot bed Thanks

The Replacement Tailgate Hinge # EX1033 referenced in your question is exactly what you need if you have an Extang Trifecta or eMax Tonneau Cover on your Ford F-150. This is the full rear hinge assembly and it will come ready to slide right into the rails of your existing cover. One hinge is included and it can be used on either the passenger or driver side.
