Universal rails kits like the Reese # RP30035 are compatible with a wide variety of pickups including Ford F-350 and Chevy Silverado 3500 models. If you have custom brackets then they are not compatible between most pickups. If you can verify which kit you have and what the year/make/model is of the pickup you are wanting to install it in I can verify if it is compatible.
Please note that if you already have the Reese Rails # RP58058 and the brackets that come in the Kit # RP30439 you need new hardware # RP58504 if they have already been installed. This hardware is intended to be torqued only once so if you swap the kit between vehicles you need new hardware for every install.
The installation instructions for this rail kit have been linked for you as well as some review videos.
