The exact part number you referenced is no longer available, but based on my research you can use the etrailer.com Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit # AKBRKR-S-12. This kit will replace the shoes and linings on your 12 inch x 2 inch Dexter assemblies that are rated for 5,200-7,000 pound axles. The kit includes 2 brake shoes with lining, 2 hold-down springs, and 2 hold-down pins.
