Can I charge my blue ox with my battery charger AC in the house that has a AC Outlet plug

Since the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR is designed for use in a vehicle it's charging system requires 12 volts of power and would not charge if connected directly to an AC power source like you described.
You'd need an adapter to convert the AC power to DC like the NOCO Genius Mini On-Board Battery Charger # 329-GENM2 and you'd be able to charge the Patriot in your house.
