A Weber Q1200 portable gas grille uses a disposable 14.1 or 16.4-ounce LP cylinder as a gas source. Such cylinders use a Male Disposable Cylinder Port, also called a throwaway fitting, a 1"-20 fitting, or a #600 fitting.
For a 6-foot hose with this fitting on one end and a male quick-disconnect on the other you can use part # 100476-72-MBS.
If you need another connector type please refer to the linked article that covers all types of propane fittings.
