Question:

I am looking to source a replacement for an older Model 26 step that has a switch, door magnets and a controller. I think this part includes all of the above? In the video they show the wired connection from the step controller and the loose pigtail to connect to the RV wiring. Can you confirm if the pigtail is included in the item? Or is it a separate item? Do you stock it, if so?

Lippert Kwikee 38 Series Electric Step # LC3723383 does come with the motor, control unit, pigtail, and switch kit included with the actual step assembly. Everything you would need for a step upgrade! I have linked the video as well.
