Will Hullavator Pro Fit Areo Bars On Hyundai Santa Fe

Question:

Can I use the hullavator pro with 47inch aero bars not aeroblades, but aero bars on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with rapid podium foot pack and fit kit 4029? Are 47inch bars long enough? Also, can a hullavator pro carry a Chesapeake Light Craft Shearwater 14? The hull is v shaped. Thanks.

Yes! I am happy to report that the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier # TH898 is compatible with Areo Bars on your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The Hullavator # TH898 requires a minimum of 28.5" of load bar space. The crossbars must extend 4" to 8" beyond the roof rack feet on each side, to make sure there is enough space between you and the Hullavator Pro # TH898 when it is lowered, as a result your 47" bars are adequate. My contact at Thule confirmed that the Hullavator Pro will work with Areo bars also confirmed that it will work with your Chesapeake Light Craft Shearwater 14's V-shaped hull.
