The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1168 and the # CSS-1168R are the same part. The "R" added to the end simply helps it work in our fit guide of products because it only fits the rear coils on your 2007 Honda Ridgeline.
This part is 6-1/4 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall.
