Could Timbren Axle Less Kit ASR5200S01 Fit 1982 Starcraft Starmaster XLT1906

Question:

Ive seen references to using the Timbren Axle-less axles for replacement on a pop-up camper, but the installation would not exactly be straight forward on my pop-up as the frame on mine goes up in a shallow v-shape for clearance above the existing axle the existing axle became bowed down in the center during a recent trip and is not straight. Could it still be used in such a case or should some plates be welded on first? And I would be using the 5200 LB versions.. Original axle I assume is supposedly 3500 LB capacity. Aside from having a custom axle made for it... The load range D wheels Im using came from Etrailer and have held up well. the rebuilt pop-up is heaver than it was originally and the rough roads I went over this last trip really did a number on the old axle. Before I put it up on jack stands the center of the axle tube was bowed down about 2-1/2inch it was straight at the beginning of the trip and there were signs of the wheels bottoming out in the wheel wells...

If you took your trailer to a qualified fabricator with the Timbren Axle Less kit part # ASR5200S01 I am confident they could come up with a bracket setup that would allow the axle to install. They will have to box the frame down below the V shape your frame has.
