Question:
Is there a way to wire my old Featherlite 6 pole harness so that the reverse lights work from my tundra 7 pin flat? My dog chewed up the current harness on the trailer, so while the project is open.. Im no expect but could a wishbone wire from the R/L Turn signals to the center reverse/aux pin work? If that would even work, what gauge should the wire be? Many thanks!!!

I do have an option for you but there would be no way to activate reverse lights with a 6-pole trailer connector. Instead, I recommend adding a new 7-way harness using the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # HS381-9000. If you do not want to re-wire the trailer then you could just simply run the reverse light wire with part # 12-2-1 and then add a 7-way connector with part # A7WCB.
