Looking for the best product for my 2018 RAM 2500 with a RAMBOX. Im looking for a bicycle bar that will fit the width of this shorter bed. Suggestions?

The bar-style racks like the Topline # UG2500-4 cannot be used on your truck but the linked article addresses the various types of truck bed bike racks we offer and this may be helpful to you.
