Question:

Hello, Im looking for either a trailer hitch storage or roof storage for my 2018 4runner. I want something that I can put on and off as Im only using it for weekend trips to beach or camping and dont want to ride around with it on all the time. What would you all suggest. I do a lot of beach driving. Thanks

Roof racks and roof cargo boxes/baskets can be expensive pretty quick and since your 4Runner has a factory hitch I'd recommend going with a hitch cargo carrier. Loading and unloading things at the rear of a vehicle hitch is much easier than the roof of a taller vehicle too.

The tilting Curt cargo carrier part # C18152 that you referenced would be a fantastic option that would work well. For a cargo bag to attach to this carrier the Curt Cargo Bag part # C18211 would be a great option as well.
