Measuring for Bolt Pattern on a 1961 Shasta Compact Camper

Question:
Measuring stud to stud, not diagonal, spacing is 3 1/4inch on center, would this be 4 on 4. Cant measure diagonal because of pilot sticking out on hud

Measuring center to center from a stud to one next to it on a 4 on 4 bolt pattern is about 2-13/16 inches. If you measured outside to outside it would around 3-1/4 inches. If you had 5 lugs at 3-1/4 inches center to center it would be a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern.
To get a definite measurement I recommend measuring using the holes on the rim or removing the hub and measuring so you can measure straight across.
