what disconnect switch can I use and how do I connect it, Im using two 6 volt agm batterys wired for 12 volt

It sounds like you are needing a battery disconnect like the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766. This kit will allow you to disconnect the batteries with just a flip of a switch. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can take a look at, along with an image that shows how the unit will be connected to the battery.
