Will the A16rb replacement lense fit The above referenced Wesbar light

I went out into our warehouse and pulled an Optronics Replacement Tail Light Lens # A16RB and a Wesbar Replacement Lens # 053522033360 and compared the two and found they are virtually identical.
Check out the video I attached that shows both of these lenses and how similar they are.
