Recommended Tie-Downs for an Open Car Trailer with Diamond Plate Flooring

Question:
I just purchased a 18’ diamond plate open car hauler , it has a 4’ beaver tail. My question is I will be hauling cars and I also have a medium size kubota tractor with loader and backhoe that I will be hauling . The trailer only has 2 welded D rings all the way up front and way back on the beaver tail , what would be my best choice for installing more tie down points?

The best option we have for you to add additional tie-downs to your car hauler would be to use Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchors part # RR5K. You could weld the top plate to the diamond plate flooring or you could drill a few holes and use the included backing plate and mounting hardware to secure the tie-down. This tie-down has a maximum load limit of 5,000 lbs per ring. They are zinc plated to resist rust/corrosion and come with a 1-year warranty.
I have attached a review video on the above tie-down anchor for you as well.
