Greetings, I know that the Hullavator requires a bar that extends 4-8 inches over the side of the car however, what can I do to make my factory bars work with the carrier?

To use the Thule Hullavator Kayak Carrier part # TH898 on your 2013 Subaru Outback with factory crossbars you'll need to first install a Thule roof rack consisting of the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, as well as locks # TH450400.
