I need help on Yakima part # and also is it possible to replace the Yakima railgrab

It is definitely possible to replace the Yakima RailGrab roof rack on your 2015 Lexus RX 350. For this I recommend using the TimberLine Towers # Y33TR (a set of four) that grip your side rails as well as the Jetstream crossbars # Y00425.
If you're needing replacement parts for the original RailGrab towers we do have some available:
Replacement Upper Claw Base with Brass Nut # Y8880279
RailGrab Medium Claws are no longer available.
