Question:
I purchased a used Hollywood Bike Carrier, I do not know the model number. I need replacement foam pads, but the ID is 3/8inch x 9inch long. Can you help ? Thank you.

If the replacement foam pad you need is for the hooks of the bike rack the correct part number is the # HRSPR-FP.
I attached a picture that points out where this pad installs as well.
