Will this HM56208 fit on a 2019 Jeep cherokee trailblazer?

I do have an option for you, however the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56208 referenced in your question is not compatible with the new 2019 model Jeep Cherokee.

For tow bar wiring I instead recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit lets you wire the Jeep so that it accepts the basic signal lights from your RV while it's being towed. It includes a 6-Way connector that you will mount to the front of the vehicle and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the RV.
