Is it possible to just get the hardware kit for a trailer hitch for a 2000 Toyota 4runner? I just need the handle nuts.

To get the exact replacement hardware for your traier hitch you need to know it's model number and the manufacturer. With this information use part # RHK and enter the part number and select the manufacturer from the drop down menu.
