Question:
I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 short bed mega cab 4X4. I have a Husky slider hitch and rails. I need a no drill mounting kit. Before i order I need to preview mounting instructions. I have not yet bought the trailer but it will be a 7000 to 8000+ lb fifth wheel. Any advice and instruction you can provide would be appreacted.

This CURT Custom, No Drill Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C16419 that you referenced will work as a bracket kit on your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Short Bed Truck and will work with your Husky hitch rails.
I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
You will want to check with the manufacturer of your truck as well as the manufacturer of your hitch to make sure they can handle the 7,000-8,000 lbs of the trailer you are considering purchasing. I attached an FAQ on fifth wheel hitches for you to check out also.
