Question:
Hi, I have a Swagman XC 2 bike, Item # S64650, which did not come with a lock hitch or cable. I like the Saris 8foot Cable Lock and Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Hitch Mounted Bike Racks - Item # SA984 . Do you know if these are compatible with each other? thanks,

I do have a solution for you, however the Saris Cable Lock and Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA984 that you referenced will not work with your Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650. This is because the shank on the Swagman rack features a uniquely threaded hitch pin hole that will only allow it to work with Swagman locks.
For a cable lock and hitch lock set that will work perfectly with your Swagman Bike Rack, I instead recommend the Swagman # S64031. This includes a 7 foot cable lock and threaded locking hitch pin that will also prevent movement of the carrier shank inside the hitch receiver.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this lock set that you can also check out.
