Question:

Does the hitch come with a wiring harness of any kind? I only need a standard flat 4 pin for a utility trailer. Thank you!

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13354 does not come with a wiring harness; reason being that not everyone is using the hitch for towing so we make each component available separately. To add a 4-Way flat connector to your 2009 Acura MDX you can use # 118424. I have linked videos showing example installations of both the hitch and the wiring for you.

I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
