If following the pairing instructions for the controller on the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 did not resolve your issue, you will also want to check for any blockage or leaks in the system. Simply make sure that all of the air lines are in good condition and there are no discernible issues with the connections.
If everything looks fine, what you can try doing is moving the ground wire on the compressor to its own isolated location (if it is currently grounded to the foot of the compressor). This should provide a more stable ground connection that will allow the joining process to succeed.
If this does not resolve the issue, please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.

I'm having the same issue (not pairing). Lines, connections etc all look good. Is it possible to get the electrical pinout for the connector to the manifold?
