The correct replacement for your 440-151 lights is Peterson Replacement Lens # 55-15R. Although the original lenses do not have screw holes there are entry points for the screws on the mount which you will see when you take off the original lens. As for the lights themselves, they would be incandescent and not LED.

To add a 4-way connector to your 2017 Mazda CX-5 I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118746. This harness installs by plugging into the connection points in your rear cargo area and running a hot lead to your Mazda's battery.
