Question:
Hi,have a new aluma tilt two place snowmobile trailer, has 12” trail express tires max load on each tire 1200lbs at 65psi. Trailer was used for 6 months probably used once a weekend for 300 km each time. Has 2200 lb axle, two snowmobiles weigh 1200lbs combined. Tires are wearing on inside and outside edge on both. I keep pressure at 55psi. Two tire shops are confused at the wear pattern and say it’s a suspension problem but what they don’t know. Do u think it could be covered under warranty. I can’t get ahold of dealer

The problem is that you are simply under inflating your tires.
If your tires have too much pressure then you would see the middle of the tread wearing quicker, but since it is the outsides that means you need more air pressure.
Trailer tires should always be inflated to the max cold pressure rating given by the tire manufacturer. In your case that would be 65 psi. Anything more or less means that you could experience premature wear plus it means that the weight capacity is unknown. If you fill your tires up to 65 psi that will help.
As for warranty I wouldn't be able to speak for your dealer.
