Can ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank Heater Pad With Thermostat Be Cut down to Fit Particular Size?

Question:

Neither size fits my exposed area. Can they be cut down to size? exposed area is 10.25 inch x 20.

I confirmed with the manufacturer that the ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank Heater Pad, Item # 277-000164, can not be cut to fit a particular size. None of their pads can be altered because of how the pad and its functionality is put together.
