Question:
I have an old honda trail 90. Would like to put that in the to receiver and tow a utility trailer with a full size atv on it behind my camper. Would this be possible. I do not think there is a lot of tongue weight from the trailer. Was not sure the capacity of the top receiver. Would it handle 200lbs?

You may be able to both tow an ATV trailer and simultaneously use a motorcycle carrier in a hitch adapter like the Curt # D-192 but you will want to confirm the weight capacities of your Navion and the hitch installed on it. Check the RV owner's manual and also the safety sticker on your hitch to confirm weight ratings. Both the RV and the hitch on it must be rated for the combined weight of the Trail 90, the carrier you use to transport it and the actual tongue weight of the loaded utility trailer that carries the ATV.
A better option than Curt adapter # D-192 is their Multipurpose Ball Mount # D210. Unlike the other adapter the # D210 does not reduce your hitch's capacity. Using part D-192 will reduce your hitch's rated tongue weight capacity by half. Using the # D210 will not cause a loss of TW. This item can handle a total TW of 750-lbs, which is the sum of the trailer's actual tongue weight, the weight of the Trail 90 and the weight of the carrier that holds it.
I linked our main page for hitch-mount motorcycle carriers such as the etrailer # e98873 which can handle up to 500-lbs and which includes a handy loading ramp. With it you can use tie downs like # EM05710.
You can measure the trailer TW using scale # e99044.
