Just have a questions on a hitch and if the tow bar I got from you comes with a cover when not in use or if sold separately?

Sounds like you are looking for the Roadmaster XL base plate kit cover/inserts part # RM-200-5 which will fit the open tubes of the base plate kit # 1444-1 that you ordered from us. The cover/inserts do not come with the kit.
