Question:
What is the Outside Diameter of the fittings not including the elbow of this hose set. My storage tube can accommodate up to 4-3/8.

I measured the fittings on the EZ Coupler RV Sewer Hose Kit # D04-0115 for you. On either end the overall diameter at the widest point is 4.15 to 4.16 inches. That is a hair under 4-3/16 inches.
