Will this register fit an existing 4 and 7/8 diameter ceiling hole?

The part of the Valterra Adjustable A/C Ceiling Register # A10-3359VP that would fit into a hole is 5-13/16 inches in diameter. The hole you have would have to be widened for this register to fit.
