Available Lift Kits for Dexter Torsion Axles

Question:

Looking for a lift kit to give my 1997 Palomino Philly Popup trailer about 2.5”-3” of additional height. I have found some on your site, but they all say they are not compatible with top mount brackets. Is there something you can recommend? I am not sure what dexter axle I have. I cannot find any markings with a model #. Image included.

For the Dexter Torflex torsion-type trailer axle on your Palomino pop-up the lift kits available are excluded from use due to the axles having top-mount brackets. These kits, as you noted, work only with side-mounted axles.

We do not sell Torsion axles but you could potentially swap out yours for one with different spindles that have a sharper angle which would elevate the trailer to some degree. If you contact the trailer maker with its VIN they may be able to give you the axle spec to let you find out if this is an option.
