The fittings of the Viper RV Sewer Hose Kit w/ Swivel Fittings and 4-in-1 Clear Adapter # D04-0475 that you referenced use bayonet fittings to attach. This style of fitting basically gets pressed together and then twisted to lock the fittings together.
