Torque Specs of Mounting Flange Bolts on Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes

Question:

My 2015 Flagstaff is in storage and I cant look I will before I order But I assume the existing back plate has lock washers..Which I see you recommend. But my question is: What should they be torqued at? I know it ONLY has 4 bolts so I want to be extra careful with installation.

I spoke with a representative of Dexter who told me that the 4 mounting flange bolts on the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K23-478-00 (left hand) and # K23-479-00 (right hand) who was unable to confirm the specific torque specs of these assemblies. However, based on similar assemblies from Dexter we do know that in the past the recommended torque is between 45-70 foot lbs.
