Is there a way to attach Hullator to Town and Country’s factory rack aero-like crossbars?

I do have a solution for you, however the Thule Hullavator Kayak Carrier # TH898 referenced in your question is not compatible with the factory roof rack on your 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. The vehicle's crossbars and roof simply do not have the needed weight capacity to support this particular system. I confirmed this with Thule.

I instead recommend taking a look at the Yakima Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04083-04082. This system includes 2 padded pivoting rollers that will allow you to easily load a kayak from the rear and then push it the rest of the way up towards the 2 flexible saddles. Load straps and bow/sten tie-downs are also included to secure the kayak into place.
