Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11077 is confirmed fit for 2014 Honda CR-Z. I verified with my contact at Curt manufacturing that you will have no issues installing # C11077 on the EX model.
There is no drilling required for installation. The access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool. The exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation. There is underbody trimming required (not fascia).
The recommend ball mount for this setup is # C45520. The recommended pin and clip is # PC2.
