Smaller Trailer Stop/Turn/Tail Light Recommendation for Small Trailer

Question:
I am looking for a very small surface mount tail light for a small trailer. It should function as a Stop light/Tail light/Turn signal light. A low profile is the most important dimension. LED preferred. Which is the smallest? Thank you

In order for a light to safely cover all of the functions you mentioned the smallest option we are going to have is the LED Trailer Light part # STL57RB that you mentioned which measures 6-1/16" long x 3-5/8" tall x 2-1/4" deep.
