B&W Turnoverball Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Ford F-350 without Factory Rail Kit

Question:

I have owned a BandW companion hitch for years. Purchased the gooseneck portion on a couple trucks and I’m about to get a 2017 f350 used with 3000 miles on it that has one hole drilled in the bed floor for I’m guessing a BandW gooseneck but no hitch. No factory hitch prep. So will I be able to do the normal and install a bandw gooseneck and use my old companion hitch??? I’m not sure if the bed floor is weak aluminum and can handle it

The correct B and W Turnoverball rail kit for your 2017 Ford F-350 without the factory rail kit is the part # BWGNRK1116. Since we don't know for sure if the hitch previously installed in your truck bed was a B and W all we can say is that the hole is the truck bed is very likely to match up with this rail kit since most are very universal in how they install but we can't say for certain. Since these actually attach to the frame of the truck the truck bed is not really a factor for the strength of the setup.
